Now that school is back in full swing, let’s take a look at the newly renovated Clarke Elementary School in Osceola, Iowa! 🔔🎒

In just 3 short months, our team completed a total transformation to get the school ready for student arrival:
✨ All-new flooring throughout the entire building
✨ Fresh ceiling installations and vibrant new paint schemes
✨ Upgraded kitchen featuring brand-new appliances, plus walk-in cooler and freezer additions
✨ Completely upgraded HVAC system for better comfort and efficiency
✨ Fully remodeled, modern student and staff bathrooms
We’re proud to have delivered this major overhaul on a tight summer deadline so teachers and students could step into a fresh, top-notch learning environment this fall. A huge thank you to our hardworking crew, subcontractors, and the Clarke Community School District for a fantastic partnership! 👏🏗️

This past spring, we took on a massive 3-story internal remodel. When we say full transformation, we mean it: no room was missed, and no surface was left untouched. 🔨
Projects like this remind us why we love what we do. Bringing a client’s vision to life across an entire home takes incredible craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail.
