We've had the privilege of working with Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic School on some major improvements this summer, including office & conference space, concessions, storage and Pre-K classroom updates.

Next up for completion is their gymnasium renovation, which includes naming the gym after longtime coach Don Turner. Don's legacy is worth a read - trained with Wilt Chamberlain, drafted by the San Francisco Warriors, dedicated his life to uplifting MPHM students.

It’s always rewarding to see facilities we helped with in the spotlight. Neosho County Community College’s buildings are more than bricks and mortar - they’re places where students are learning new skills, preparing for successful careers and building their futures.

We’re grateful to have played a role in building these hands-on learning spaces that will serve our community and our future workforce for generations to come.

Our team has been hard at work this summer on the first phase of projects made possible by Osawatomie School District #367's school bond - investments that will create better spaces and opportunities for students, athletes and the entire community for years to come.

One of the most meaningful milestones is just around the corner: the dedication of the new track (set to open this coming track season) in honor of OHS graduate and longtime Coach Rodney Madden. We’re honored to play a part in bringing these improvements to life! 🛠

Osawatomie's WWI-era Memorial Hall is now open and ready to welcome the community! Historic renovations have a special place in our hearts. Thank you City of Osawatomie, KS for the privilege of working with you on this landmark renovation. Here are a few close-ups of the craftsmanship that went into the new flooring, detailed wainscoting and wood plank ceilings.

Excited to unveil our team’s renovation of Osawatomie’s historic Memorial Hall tomorrow!

Originally built in 1921 to honor local World War I veterans, “Victory Hall” is an important piece of Osawatomie’s history. Our renovations preserve its historic character while giving this landmark a new life—and ensuring it can continue serving the community for another 100 years.

Reminder! Please join us tomorrow, Sunday, August 9th, at 3:00pm for our public open house celebrating the restoration of Osawatomie's historic Memorial Hall!

The project team worked hard to preserve and enhance the building's historic character while also making important improvements that will allow it to continue serving the community for years to come. This milestone was made possible through the generosity of many community donors, including the Allen W. and Gladys Hawkins Charitable Foundation, and the support of the Miami County Community Foundation.

The community is invited to celebrate at our Open House on Sunday, August 9th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the facility, see the completed improvements firsthand, and learn more about the restoration project.

Whether you have fond memories of Memorial Hall or are visiting for the first time, we hope you'll join us as we celebrate the reopening of one of Osawatomie's most treasured landmarks.

We're almost wrapped up with construction of City of Gardner, KS Government's new utilities operations center alongside our design partners, Finkle + Williams Architecture. This new space will allow the city to consolidate administration and maintenance crews into one streamlined location. It includes large bays for line maintenance and electric distribution equipment trucks, office space, training areas and locker rooms for the community's utilities crews.
