You may have noticed some construction activity on Tiffin Avenue in Findlay on the Time Saver Laundry building.

Our team partnered with the building owner to reimagine the exterior, enhance the interior and assist with obtaining permits.

What do you think?

The news of Target coming to Lima is exciting. Great products and custom experience. So glad to hear this is finally happening.

BUT, I will miss this prominent architectural form. It is a wonderful departure from box retail. That entry tower greeted you in an impressive way. You felt like you were entering something special.

Man, it would be cool if they would just plug Target in there, but I know its not that easy.

For many of us who grew up in rural areas, this was our first escalator ride. It's where we sat on Santa's lap. It's where we met the Talking Tree!

I'm grateful for progress, but felt compelled to offer a fond farewell to an iconic building.
