🔧❄️ A COMPLETE HVAC UPGRADE — BEFORE & AFTER! 🏢✨

Our NCS team recently completed a major HVAC project at U.S. Bank in Mankato, upgrading both the building’s A/C equipment and temperature control system! 🏦

❄️ A/C Upgrade: We replaced the existing 12.5-ton Carrier condensing unit, completed all new connections, leak testing, evacuation, charging, startup, and installed factory hail guards to help protect the new equipment.

💻 Controls Upgrade: We replaced the outdated pneumatic temperature controls with a modern Niagara Building Automation System (BAS), providing improved control and monitoring of VAVs, air handling equipment, boilers, pumps, perimeter heat, DX cooling, and more.

The new system also provides web-based access, equipment graphics, alarms, trend history, and easier building management. 📊

From removing the old equipment to installing and commissioning the new systems, NCS handled the project from start to finish. 💪
