Happy September…..

Our customer contacted us to inquire about the possibility of insulating her garage door. She had a hollow door and desired to enhance the warmth of her garage during the colder months.

Take a look at the following 16 small pieces that were installed.
She is proactive in preparing for the upcoming colder weather, but not happening just yet. 🥵

Here’s another beautiful project!

It was a delight meeting our new customers. This wasn’t the first time in their garage, though. We had been there just a few months earlier to fix the door for the previous homeowner.

This may have been the fastest estimate setup. Dana had called to request an estimate, and I mentioned that I would be in the area within the next hour or so. I asked if she would like me to come over. I had her set up in our system, arrived, and took measurements. They invited me into their house, and we sat at the kitchen table to discuss different styles of doors, insulation options, colors, and sent them over the estimate and mockups the following day.

Just a few days later, they approved the estimate, and the doors were ordered.

We installed a 16’x8’ and a 9’x8’ C.H.I. Modern Painted Woodtone Raised Long Panel (4251) and also two LiftMaster 6690 Belt Drive Operators.

Happy First Day of School!!!

Wishing each of our kids an incredible year ahead filled with laughter, learning, new friendships, and exciting adventures. May this school year bring you growth, happiness, and unforgettable memories!

Any advice for Dan & I as we now have a Senior…. If you have college aged kids or beyond please send any info that we may need to know. We would greatly appreciate it.

Wow, check this out! 🤩

We installed this stunning 16’x7’ CHI Cedar Planks (2348) with Long Tinted Glass and Black Inserts. To finish it off, we added a LiftMaster 98022 Jackshaft Operator.

Looks so wonderful!!!

There’s no before pic because our customer had taken the door down himself.
We received a call asking for an estimate for a new door. We asked if she can send pics because we’d like to see if it was something we can repair vs. replace. When she had sent pics, Dan took a look at them & had to give her the news that she already knew. There was no way to “bandaid” the door because it was far too gone. We set up an estimate for the following day & by the time we arrived, the door was taken down because it was about to fall on their vehicles. The estimate & mock-ups were sent, approved soon after & door was installed 4 days later.

Does that top door look familiar?
Well we installed it back in September of last year.
Guess what?
Our customer was told that it needed to be swapped out with a door that’s approved by the historical society. He sent pics of his next option & it was approved. So we ordered, waited, a section came in damaged twice, & finally was able to get it in.

We installed a 18’x8’6” C.H.I. Powder Coated Black Recessed Short Panel(2298). It turned out beautiful & hopefully the city of St. Charles loves it even more.

Our customer is building a new house & will make sure to reuse the door there.

Take a look at this beauty!

We installed this door a few weeks ago, but forgot to post about it.

Here’s a 16’x7’ C.H.I. Black Raised Long Panel(4216) w/Insulated Plain Glass & Stockton Window Inserts.
We installed a LiftMaster 6690 Belt Drive Operator as well. The door looks beautiful & our wonderful new customers, Quinton & Gemma are ecstatic to have a new door & operator.
