The Lamplighter front porch. This was a great project, and possibly the most stringers I’ve ever cut for a single porch. While the project was held up by delays in material shipments, everything came together beautifully in the end. The framing is all Owens Corning Lumber in Moonstone, with TimberTech Legacy composite decking in Ashwood, TimberTech IRX aluminum railings in white, and American Porch LLC structural PVC columns to hold up the roof, painted with Benjamin Moore paint matched perfectly to the color of the IRX rails.

The Wild Lemon deck. This was a really cool project, my first collaboration with DeBlois Renovate & Remodel and my largest Owens Corning Lumber deck to date. I had the opportunity to incorporate some really cool details using the OC lumber liked the wrapped ends on the beams, all the mitered corners for the framing and stairs, and the double picture frame detail on the TimberTech composite deck boards. The deck features roughly 500 square feet of OC obsidian framing, TimberTech Terrain+ composite decking in the Natural White Oak color scheme, and TimberTech IRX black aluminum railings throughout.
