A 32’ front Patrick and I added on to this new build with a 12’ stair set!!! Some flush mount lighting as well in the ceiling. All cover material are composite and decking. We were a little skeptical with the larger stairs, it started off originally with an 8’ set but the homeowner decided to blow them out a few more feet. Lots of space for potted plants that’s for sure.

This was a fun to say the least. We love when clients have an eye for design and know what they want and are even open to some changes on the fly. The is actually thin sheets of wood, so thin it still was a roll. Patrick and I had our fair share of obstacles with this one for sure. Had to reroute some duct work as well as some plumbing to ensure the least amount of ceiling intrusions. Love the though, I personally think it gives it a great feel. The was a crazy design, but this client had a great sense of fun and humor. The poster was a nice touch.

Never was a fan of wallpaper, but there’s a first time for everything I guess. 🤷‍♂️
