Some views are worth building for.

Custom cedar trellises frame the windows and entry, while Ipe balconies with cable railings keep the views of Barnstable Harbor wide open. From the red cedar roof that will weather naturally to the stonework along the foundation and patio walls, this new build is full of details that deserve a closer look.

The right lighting can completely change a backyard after dark.

At this Wianno property, the lighting was designed as carefully as the rest of the space. Path lights frame the pool, integrated lighting highlights the curved New England fieldstone seating wall, uplights bring the arborvitae to life, and color-changing LEDs illuminate the heated saltwater gunite pool.

Chatham Blue granite coping, Everblue Thermal Blue pavers, and a three-hole putting green round out the space.

Next up, we’re transforming the existing poolhouse into an indoor-outdoor lounge and fully equipped bar opening directly to the pool. Stay tuned!

Fifteen seconds to watch it come down, and a little longer to build what’s next.

The old one-car garage is officially gone at this Wianno renovation, making way for a new two-car garage and expanded breezeway with a bedroom, office, and full bath above. The finished addition will feature Marvin windows, cedar shingles, white oak flooring, and plenty of thoughtful details throughout.

A lot more than a garage is going back in its place. Stay tuned!

Some transformations are best appreciated side by side.

Swipe through to see where this whole-home renovation started and how it came together. The kitchen was completely reworked with custom millwork, honed Taj Mahal quartzite, and a built-in banquette, with that same attention to craftsmanship and detail carried into the pantry, dining spaces, and baths.

Just off the private gym, this lower-level living room in Oyster Harbors was designed as a calm place to unwind.

Custom white oak built-ins and wide-plank flooring bring warmth to the room, while floating shelves with integrated lighting and sculptural sconces add a soft glow. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space finished with the same care as the rest of the home.

We returned to this award-winning cabana to add comfort and privacy without compromising its open-air character.

Overlooking East Bay, the kitchen and bar now feature custom mahogany folding windows that create a more sheltered setting when closed and fold up and outward to welcome the breeze. Our team carefully fitted each window between the existing Tuscan columns and above the granite countertops, matching the classic detailing, trim, and finishes so they feel like they’ve always been part of the cabana.

Around the back, a custom paneled outdoor shower enclosure offers privacy after a swim, with substantial posts and matching architectural details that bring the same craftsmanship to a more private corner of the property.

The best pool projects are never really just about the pool.

This new gunite pool was designed as the centerpiece of a larger backyard plan, with Chatham Blue granite coping, Everblue Thermal Blue pavers, a curved New England fieldstone seating wall, a three-hole putting green, and layered landscape lighting tying the space together.

The pool was intentionally centered on the existing poolhouse, where we’re now starting the next phase - transforming it into an indoor-outdoor lounge and bar with a 13-foot-wide wall of glass doors that pocket away to open directly to the water and seating area beyond.
