We specialize in high-end residential construction and are looking for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.

Project Manager should have:
✔️ 5+ years of residential construction experience; high-end market preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as primary client contact
✔️ Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project coordination from pre-construction through punch list

Controller should have:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
✔️ Construction industry experience preferred
✔️ Manage Job costing, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and human resources

Designed by , this home on Crystal Lake is planned to embrace the lake, views, pool, and surrounding landscape from every angle. In true Ahearn fashion, every detail is being considered to make the most of the spectacular setting.

We’ve also been looking into a golf simulator and bar seating by the lower level walkout overlooking the water… any takers? ⛳️

With the footings in place, the next step of this build is foundation walls. As with every phase of a custom home, this stage takes careful planning, coordination, and precision. It may not be the most glamorous part of the process, but everything that follows depends on it being done right.

At this Oyster Harbors project, the basement is coming along nicely. Custom millwork, floating shelves, a full mirrored gym wall, built-in cabinetry, and a new sauna are already giving a clear sense of where the space is headed, while the windows and French doors keep the lower level feeling bright.

There’s still more to come, but the layout and finish details are already setting the tone for a more tailored, luxurious space.

As we wait for things to turn green again, let’s look back at the transformation at our Seapuit project.

Layered retaining walls, granite-capped steps, and a walk-out basement patio helped shape the grade changes, while the finished landscaping softened the space and tied the outdoor areas together. From the stonework to the plant beds, every detail was chosen to create a cohesive transition from the back of the house to the side yard and pool area.
