A fantastic customer left a fabulous review and I’m so happy!

I had an excellent experience working with Jim’s Home Service and would highly recommend James. My painting project required a significant amount of prep work and repairs, and James is incredibly detail-oriented, a perfectionist in the best possible way. He noticed things that I hadn’t even noticed myself and he simply would not settle for anything less than an excellent finished job.

What impressed me just as much as the quality of his work was his honesty and transparency. There were repairs we discussed that James could potentially have done himself, but when he felt I would be better served having someone else handle them, he told me so and helped guide me in the right direction. I really appreciated his honesty and trusted his judgment throughout the entire project.

In addition to all of the painting and extensive prep and repair work, James handled several other projects for me, including installing new light fixtures and hardware. I also had an old recessed TV box built into a wall that was no longer useful with today’s TVs. James removed it, beautifully closed and finished the wall, and in the process gave me additional usable storage space behind it. The finished wall looks perfect.

James was on time every day, an exceptionally good communicator and extremely clean and careful while working in my home. He cleaned the work area every day and left everything immaculate when the job was finished. He was also always willing to listen to my questions, discuss options with me and explain what he was doing.

The finished project far exceeded my expectations. James was wonderful to work with from beginning to end, and I’m already thinking about what I can hire him to do next. I would absolutely recommend Jim’s Home Service to anyone looking for someone who is honest, dependable, meticulous, and takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work.

What matters is standing behind your work, addressing concerns, and walking away knowing you did what you said you would do.
