Oskaloosa Public Golf is an 18-hole course featuring lush, tree-lined fairways, undulating greens, and four sets of tees to challenge every skill level. Before or after your round of golf, enjoy lunch or dinner at the adjoining restaurant and bar. The par-72 golf course opened back in the 1920’s as a 9-hole course and expanded in 1998 when the “back 9” was completed winding its way through Fox Run

, one of Oskaloosa’s finest neighborhoods. Nestled within the beautiful rolling countryside of central Iowa, Oskaloosa Public Golf was designed with great care allowing the existing trees, wetland areas, and other features to provide natural character and visual quality. Picturesque ponds and strategically placed sand bunkers present golfers with serene views and excitement throughout the course. Other amenities include a driving range and spacious putting green near the clubhouse to help you stay loose before teeing off. ⛳️ HOLE-IN-ONE ALERT at Oskaloosa Golf! ⛳️

Big congratulations to Oskaloosa Golf member Matt Ehret on joining the Hole-in-One Club! 🎯🍻

Matt stepped up to Hole #14, pulled out the 3-iron from 150 yards and knocked it straight into the cup! 🏌️‍♂️💥

That’s right… a 3-iron from 150. Some of us would’ve hit a 7-iron. Some of us would’ve hit a wedge. And some of us would’ve hit the cart path, a tree, and possibly somebody on #13. 😂

But Matt? ONE SWING. ONE SHOT. ONE ACE! 🏆

Congratulations, Matt! The scorecard says 1… and we’re pretty sure the clubhouse says your round! 🍻😂

Big movers this week:
⬆️ Mike Patel / Todd Lappin jumped from 4th to 2nd
⬆️ Brett Paulsen / Cornie Brouwer moved from 6th to 3rd
⬆️ Darrin Alderson / Kurt Kollasch climbed from 9th to 4th
⬆️ Garrett Roethler / Nathan Chambers made the biggest jump near the top, going from 14th to 7th
⬆️ Tanner Lanphier / Andrew Shaffer moved from 17th to 12th
⬆️ John Griffiths / Eric Owens jumped from 21st to 14th

Mother Nature just won’t give us a break! 🌧️⛳ After multiple days of rain, the golf course is simply too wet, so we’ll remain CLOSED today.

We’re going to let Mother Nature do her thing, give the course a chance to dry out, and try again Sunday morning. 🤞☀️

Thanks for your patience—hopefully we’ll be back to chasing birdies instead of rain clouds soon! 🏌️‍♂️

Oskaloosa Golf Course will be closed this morning due to all this lovely Iowa sunshine… just kidding, it’s rain. LOTS of rain. 😂☔

We’ll check things out around lunchtime and see if the course is ready to trade the rain gear for golf clubs. 🤞🏌️‍♂️

We’ll let everyone know if we’re good to go for this afternoon! ⛳🌤️

🌧️⛳ Mother Nature decided to water the course for us today… and she may have gotten a little carried away! 😂

Due to the excessive rainfall this morning, we will be closed for the remainder of the day. We plan to reopen tomorrow morning, weather permitting! 🌦️🏌️‍♂️
