My part of the remodel is complete. Paint, flooring and trim up next. Work included new bedroom wall opening that required metal corner bead to be installed and drywall finished along with new stairway half wall metal work and drywall, new wall corners established in several areas metal beaded and finished upon some walls being removed. Large section of damaged ceiling repaired and numerous patches throughout.

Every 17 minutes a bathroom is in need of repairs and upgrades.... how close is yours? This one required some repairs after relocating some plumbing in preps for a new vanity. Walls repaired, dings and holes patched throughout, some new texture and fresh paint.... back to new!
