Saturday morning project in the rain. A large cottonwood fell on a duplex during the night. Removal was successful without additional damage to the roof.

This tree was 90' tall and was split all the way to the ground. There was a horizontal split in one half and was trying to break off completely & fall on the house. The trunk was 6' in diameter and was still 16" in diameter at 55' up. 3 sets of chains & binders held the tree together safely while we cut it down.
