Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing you this letter to thank you for your 24 years of patronage. We are deeply humbled for the clientele we were able to acquire and serve over the years. This letters purpose is to inform you that it is time for a change in our lives so we are turning a page. As of May 28th True Service Inc has partnered with Mission Mechanical, a great growing company in the HVAC/Plumbing fields. Matt will be working hand in hand with Mission Mechanical and their great team moving forward. This opportunity is bittersweet for us but for Matt's health and well being is a necessary move.
When you call 3208158527 you will still get Matt's voice on the other end of the line and the same great service, but you may get a new team member showing up at your door. We share the same great life values and the drive to satisfy and treat each one of you like family.
Mission Mechanical is in its 7th year of business in Alexandria. They are looking to expand their residential department and Matt has decided ro join their team to help grow that department.
Their service rate is the same has True Services was and the equipment is almost identical. We will now have a bigger team and we can be faster and more efficient than ever! Those of you with extended warranties sleep easy as we have you covered
In closing this chapter in our lives has been a wild one with countless ups and downs but with a great new team to work beside we are excited for the future.
