Every milestone has led to this one.
We're putting the finishing touches on the largest project in Thomas Construction's history, and it's a milestone our entire team is proud of.
From day one, this project has demanded detailed planning, relentless coordination, and an incredible commitment from every trade partner, superintendent, project manager, and team member involved.

• 261 guest rooms across Residence Inn by Marriott and AC Hotel by Marriott
• Four stories of hospitality space
• Premium amenities including meeting spaces, fitness centers, bar and lounge areas, outdoor gathering spaces, and EV charging stations
• Located in the heart of one of the fastest-growing mixed-use developments in the Kansas City region
As we wrap up final punch list items and prepare to hand over another exceptional project, we're reminded that buildings of this scale aren't built by chance. They're built through trust, communication, craftsmanship, and a team committed to doing things the right way.
