Labor Day is for the people who do the work.

For our crew, that work looks like a crawlspace in July. An attic in Chico when it's 104 outside. A ladder against a gutter in Paradise before most people have had coffee. Since 1992, that has been the job, and the same families around Oroville, Durham, and Gridley have trusted us to do it.

So today we're thinking about our technicians, and about every other person in the North Valley who spent this summer working outside in the heat. The roofers, the growers, the landscapers, the road crews. You earned the day off.
