Today we did a junk haul at an Airbnb up near Lime Saddle off Highway 70. Beautiful spot, and they even had a zip line!

I had to give it a try and almost did a backflip at the end. We finished the junk haul, but I’m pretty sure the shock absorber wasn’t doing its job. 😆 This will be a routine pickup, so I’ll have to give it another go on the next haul.

We recently had a job where there were several peacocks just roaming around and watching us work the whole time. It was honestly pretty cool having them just standing there like they were supervising everything we were doing.

At the same time, we were running the skid steer and hauling off some pretty heavy items — riding mowers, a Smith machine, evaporative coolers, and more. It was one of those jobs that felt like a mix of peaceful and destructive at the same time.

Calm surroundings with nature right there, but nonstop heavy cleanup work happening the whole time.
