Guest bathrooms are the perfect place to have a little fun with your tile selections without overwhelming the rest of your home’s aesthetic. For this space, we kept the palette soft and serene but maxed out the visual interest by layering textures in the tiles.

If we had to pick our absolute favorite spot to spend a weekend morning, it’s right here. We designed this space with a trick up its sleeve: flexible vinyl windows. When the weather is unpredictable, they stay closed to trap the warmth and keep the elements out like a traditional sunroom. But the second the sun comes out? They slide completely open, instantly transforming the space into a breezy, fresh-air screen porch.

If you use the wrong sheen on the ceiling, you’ll get glare. If you use the wrong one on the trim, it won’t hold up to daily life.

This kitchen from our project has us completely smitten! 😍 To give this kitchen island a unique touch, we extended the end panels to align perfectly with the counter overhang and raised the island height by 2 inches for added comfort while cooking. We also added thoughtful cabinet features like a pullout utensil holder and a pullout cookie sheet organizer to keep everything neat and accessible. This kitchen is truly a chef’s dream come true! 🍳
