We took this outdated mosaic tile garage floor and gave it a fresh start with a professionally self-leveled surface — creating the perfect foundation for a beautiful garage conversion.

A smooth, properly prepped floor makes all the difference when it comes to the final result, and this step sets the stage for the stunning new flooring installation coming next. From uneven and outdated to clean, modern, and ready for transformation — this space is already coming to life.

We removed old marbles with a chisel from this garage conversion floor, patched every spot, and got the floor prepped for self-leveler.

The prep work may not be the flashy part, but it’s what makes the finished job come out right every time 👏🏼

Big transformation on this one 🔥

We ripped out the old, outdated windows, scraped everything down clean, re-foamed and sealed it up tight, then installed these massive 121” x 85” hurricane impact PGT argon gas-filled windows—and WOW did it open this space up.

More light, bigger feel, and built to handle Florida weather 🌊

We know we haven’t been the most consistent on social media lately. After a slower season, things picked back up quickly, and we’ve been running full speed ever since. Whether it’s managing projects, growing our second business with East Coast Aussies, or keeping up with mom life, sports, and family time… it’s been a lot—in the best way.

That said, showing up here matters to us. Not just to share our work, but to stay connected with all of you who support, refer, and trust us with your homes.

Big things are in the works for this upcoming project‼️and we’re excited to officially be moving full force ahead! This garage conversion is just the beginning—plans also include a brand-new bathroom, upgraded windows, updated lighting, and so much more to completely transform the space.

While construction hasn’t started just yet, the vision is set and the planning phase is well underway. There’s something special about being part of a client’s first major renovation—turning ideas into reality and helping create a space they’ll truly love.
