Cleaning my deck before heading to East wood and Waterford Lakes to mow the nice yards. I do this when its dry, and look for a puddle when its raining. Way better then going under with a putty knife......... don't try the puddle with a residential mower, you'll bend the deck. Our commercial decks are welded american steel.

Don't let your lawns get this long because the county will leave you a sign your neighbors can see to do it in 30 days and then send you a bill for $500 for just the front. Call me to take a look at it before it gets that long if you're in East Orlando.

This is how i draw waves. And incase you're wondering.... and yes, I am in the process of rebranding and changing my business name but this page will remain the same name so that the people that found me here can still find me. Just that it'll have my new Logo when the process is all done.

The minimum wage lawn guys that mow around the lake for Eastwood's HOA scalped my customer's side and left clumps on the lawn I been maintaining weekly since 2021. Don't know exactly why they mowed the island on the best looking yard on that street but it really ticked me off. I felt a lack of respect, like if somebody broke into my house and vandalized the inside.
Took me 2 weeks to get it right again and I put a cheap temporary sign to keep them out with whatever i had on hand.
You can see here the difference between cutting it as low as possible and cutting the correct height. The correct height makes it look healthier and greener.
This is the difference between minimum wage guys that work for a corporation vs. Owner/Operator being onsite.
