The minimum wage lawn guys that mow around the lake for Eastwood's HOA scalped my customer's side and left clumps on the lawn I been maintaining weekly since 2021. Don't know exactly why they mowed the island on the best looking yard on that street but it really ticked me off. I felt a lack of respect, like if somebody broke into my house and vandalized the inside.
Took me 2 weeks to get it right again and I put a cheap temporary sign to keep them out with whatever i had on hand.
You can see here the difference between cutting it as low as possible and cutting the correct height. The correct height makes it look healthier and greener.
This is the difference between minimum wage guys that work for a corporation vs. Owner/Operator being onsite.
