We're HEDGE Consulting Group, a woman owned company based in sunny Orlando, Florida, with additional offices throughout the Southeast region. Our two amazing Managing Partners, Roody Souverain and Dieunane Auguste, have over 25+ and 15+ years of experience, respectively, in Operations Management, Planning & Fund-Raising, and Business Consulting. Our roots are in Business Consulting, where we help

business owners manage their information and staff development. But we've also expanded to helping homeowners and attorneys defend against foreclosure proceedings, thanks to Roody's leadership in creating a pre-foreclosure solutions division. We're proud to have expanded our real estate holdings under Roody's guidance and continue to help homeowners throughout the East coast stop foreclosure on their homes by examining their mortgage, note, and loan circumstances for evidence of fraud, torts, breaches, or errors by the lender or lender's agents at the beginning of the deal. Dieunane "Dee" Auguste is a rockstar and led the charge in creating our Facility Support Services branch in 2021. .*. We pray for things to be different as we refuse to change. For years we work so hard to change circumstances on the outside without first changing ourselves. FEAR of change is the cancer that keeps us from taking action, but instead we stay stuck and just suffer through.

That fear to take some small steps forward are far worst than anything.

Growing Into Our Best is only possible when we change the thoughts, habits and responses that keep us stuck and barely surviving. You want more than that, don’t you?

When things are going well we naturally feel good...that’s the easy part. What if we can suffer less when things are not going so well? Is there a way?..

Of course there is: if we find the lessons in the disappointment so we end up getting something useful out of it instead of only pain and suffering.
Obstacles and disappointments, at times are the best things for us. Discovering our Genius Zone is an opportunity to heal some issues from our past, redefine our story today and create a new life based on our true selves instead of suffering.

Today is our chance to start closing the divide...it’s not gonna happen overnight, but focusing on the negativity will only breed more of the same. .
Let’s find a balance. We can respectfully disagree and still progress together.
