🚀 MONTHLY MVP (MIRACLE EDITION): NICK RYAN🚀
This month’s Gravity Roofing MVP goes to our Project Manager, Nick Ryan.
In August, Nick was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that left him facing a long road to recovery. At the time, we weren’t sure when we’d see him back at Gravity. Doctors initially expected his recovery to take 6–8 weeks, a timeline that already seemed ambitious given the extensive list of injuries he sustained.
But Nick had other plans!
Through an incredibly swift recovery, he was able to return to work ahead of schedule, and when he came back, he picked up right where he left off. No excuses. No hesitation. Just ready to get back to supporting his team and serving our customers!
While Nick was recovering, the rest of our team stepped up wherever they were needed to keep things moving, making this a perfect example of two of our Gravity Roofing Core Values:
🚀 Take Initiative: Nick attacked his recovery and returned ready to contribute the moment he was able.
👨🚀 Team Over Self: Our team at Mission Control rallied around him, filled the gaps, and made sure the mission continued until he could return.
Sometimes an MVP is about numbers and performance. Other times, it’s about showing exactly what you’re made of when life throws something completely unexpected your way.
Nick’s recovery has been a powerful reminder that every day is a gift. We’re incredibly grateful that he is still here on this earth with us, healthy, back with his family and the Gravity family, and doing what he does best.
Nick, your return is nothing short of a miracle, and we’re incredibly grateful to have you back. We’re proud to call you our Monthly MVP!
