What started as a beautifully renovated Florida room turned into a major plumbing discovery! 😳

This home on Primrose has a stunning open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, but underneath those beautiful floors were TWO abandoned septic tanks that nobody accounted for!

💪 The Drain Daddy crew is on the job, working alongside Bigby's concrete cutting team to:

Cut and remove sections of concrete to access the buried tanks
Expose and properly abandon both septic tanks
Create a new trench for the sewer line
Reroute the plumbing to the home's new city sewer connection

Sometimes the biggest plumbing problems are the ones you can't see!

Day 3 of a Complete Drain Line Replacement in Conway!

The trenches are complete, both bathrooms have been tunneled underneath, and our team is ready to begin removing the existing cast iron drain lines and installing a brand-new PVC sewer system.

The best part? By accessing the plumbing from underneath the home, we can replace the drain lines without tearing apart the interior of the house no damaged flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, or interior finishes.

This entire project is scheduled to be completed within just 10 days , and the homeowners can leave their furniture and belongings right where they are throughout the process. 🏠
