From a steep, unusable slope to a lakefront backyard designed for family life. 🌿🌊

This property once sloped heavily toward the lake, leaving very little usable outdoor space. We installed a seawall and reworked the grade to create a much larger, level lawn with room for football, soccer, parties, and everyday family activities.

Retaining walls along the back of the home allowed us to extend the pool deck. Travertine decking and steps, artificial turf, and tile now create a beautiful transition from the pool area to the lower lawn. New stairs, a widow’s walk, and glass railings complete the transformation while preserving the open lake views.

What was once a challenging backyard is now a functional outdoor space where kids can play, adults can entertain, and the entire family can make lasting memories.

This Pine Forest Custom Log Cabin in Apopka started as seven acres of pine forest. The work had to consider the driveway approach, gated entry, clearing, utilities, drainage, home placement, exterior character, and the interior finish experience.

From vision to reality — progress is moving forward on the Wagner Residence exterior transformation.

What started as a detailed 3D design concept is now coming to life on site. Demo has started, the roof has been replaced, and exterior selections are nearing completion. Each phase is helping bring the original design vision closer to the finished home.
