Opening up some space for what’s next! We cleared out brush and small growth to give this property a more open, usable area. With future plans for gardens and grass, this was the first step toward bringing the customer’s vision to life!

Knocking out some fresh drip edge around this customers porch!

We recently upgraded the drainage ditch running underneath this customers driveway entrance. After excavating the unwanted material, we corrected the areas that were clogged and caving in. We finished it off with road fabric and 4-inch stone, giving it a cleaner look while helping the water flow where it should.

After a new septic system was installed, we brought in fresh topsoil to regrade the disturbed areas and get this lawn ready to grow back. We also installed a clean stone drip edge along the foundation to improve drainage and give the property a finished look.

Earlier this week, we wrapped up our rounds of aeration and overseeding!

Aeration removes small plugs of soil to reduce compaction and help water, nutrients, and oxygen reach the roots.

Overseeding immediately afterward gives the new seed better soil contact, helping lawns grow thicker, healthier, and fill in thin areas.

New driveway install!

After excavating and removing the dirt/sod, we put down a 4-inch stone base, topped it with ¾-inch hardpack, and compacted everything for a solid finished surface.

Reclaiming an overgrown section of this property and restoring access to the customer’s field! We cleared the heavy brush and unwanted trees, then used the excavator to remove the stumps and roots—opening the area back up and creating a clear, usable access point.

Bringing this driveway back to life❗️

We widened the upper parking area and uncovered several old granite blocks in the process, which we repurposed as a natural border along the driveway. We then dug out and reshaped the drainage ditch, lined it with 4-inch stone to help control runoff, and resurfaced the entire driveway with fresh 3/4-inch hardpack. To finish it off, we packed everything down thoroughly with our tractor-mounted vibratory roller for a smooth, durable surface.

This tree was completely dead and dropping limbs, so today we took the whole thing down
