We started a new cabin up in Wyoming this month. Excavation, footings, foundation, underground plumbing, radon mitigation and, waterproofing have already been completed. On to backfill and pouring the floors now. If you’re looking to build a cabin or a new home then reach out.

Making some good progress on this home in Peoa. The weather has held off for us pretty good this year allowing us to push through. We love framing these bigger homes. Especially when they’re out in the middle of nowhere with all the room to spread out and work efficiently. We’re about 4 weeks in to this one. Changing it up this week & going from Midway 14,000sqF mansions w/ sprawling acreage to Park City Main Street “tiny” 2500sqF townhomes that we can barely fit the whole crew in at once & have no parking😂 These little babies we’ll fly through & have fun with, then be back to long hauls of mansions again. It’s always fun seeing the diversity!

We’ve been making some good progress on this barn/home/helicopter hangar/indoor pickle ball court. We love getting to work on these awesome custom jobs in such beautiful places. It’s nice that the snow has finally melted so we can get this place wrapped up sooner than later. If you have some property you’ve been wanting to build something special on then reach out. We’ve had some pretty awesome views at our jobs this Winter but this current one just might take the cake. Just imagine seeing that big backside of the Wasatch mountains through the huge windows at the other end in this party barn/helicopter hangar when it’s finished😍

Getting really close on this home in Mapleton. Had some setbacks with timing from the power company and also the developer of the land. It still doesn’t have curb and gutter or sidewalk required by the developer but we’ve just about got the home completed. Just a few more items and we’ll get this great family in their new home.

Here’s a little 16k foot house we’re working on in Highland. Almost the entire roof is 12/12. We’re about 5 weeks into the framing with less than a week to go.

Nothing like having a 35’ x 37’ family room in the basement. The homeowners on the new build we’re doing in Mapleton wanted wide open so we swapped out the wood beams and posts for this nearly 3000 lb steel beam. 😎

We’re starting a new custom home in Mapleton today. Been waiting months for the land from the developer to be recorded with the county. Finally got the go ahead. Can’t wait to see this one come to life rather than black and white lines on a paper.
