First job with

This is the rough-in stage, where we’re getting all the wiring in place and thinking through the details before anything gets covered up. It’s not the “pretty” phase, but it’s what makes the finish work clean and keeps the last stretch from turning into a scramble.

We’ll check back in when it’s time to start trimming everything out.

You can finally see it coming together now.

This stage is a bunch of small stuff, but it’s the stuff you live with every day. Getting outlets where they make sense, trimming out lights clean, making sure everything lines up and works the way it should.

House isn’t done yet, but it’s close. This is the part where it stops looking like a job site and starts looking like someone’s home.

Sneak peek inside one of the homes we’re finishing up with

Lighting plays a major role in how this home functions and feels, from the way the kitchen and cabinetry are highlighted to how the bathrooms and private spaces are handled. Combined with whole-home lighting control, everything is designed to work seamlessly day to day.

We’ll be back to share more once everything is fully finished.

Clean finishes matter, especially in high-end spaces.

These Prado outlets offer a slimmer profile and a mounting system that helps everything sit flush and finished, especially in backsplash and countertop installs. We’ve really enjoyed working with them on this project.

Getting close to the finish line at this home in Promontory with Killowen Construction.

The lighting details throughout the basement, bathrooms, and bedrooms are what really set this home apart. Small features, thoughtfully placed, that make a big difference in how the spaces feel.

Looking forward to showing the completed home once everything is wrapped up.

Colby has stepped into a foreman role with confidence and has earned the trust to run some of our biggest custom projects. Seeing team members grow into leadership positions like this is one of the best parts of building the company.
