Progress update at German Auto House! 🏗️🇺🇸

Another look at this project coming together! We’ve made a ton of progress since our last update, with the exterior really starting to take shape. From the siding and trim to the windows and soffit work, this building is looking sharp!

It’s been a big project, but seeing it all come together makes it worth it. 💪

More to come as we get closer to the finish line! 🔨

Another one in the books! 🔨

We recently completed a new roof installation and gutter system at Wisco Cabinets 30,000 sq. ft. commercial warehouse. From the old leaky roof to a fresh, clean finish—built to protect for years to come.

Big project, great results!

German Auto House Progress Update 🚧

Things are moving fast at German Auto House, but we’re far from finished!

Our crew has completed the structural steel, roof purlins, wall girts, and 40 framed openings on this impressive 40-foot-tall building in a matter of days! Seeing the skeleton come together is always a major milestone, but there’s still plenty of work ahead.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be:
• Installing windows.
• Completing all soffit and trim work.
• Installing the building insulation.
• Finishing the wall and roof panels.

Thank you to German Auto House for trusting Mellum Construction to bring this project to life. Stay tuned—there are still plenty of exciting updates to come! 🏗️
