Take a look at the Shelton Pool project today, and you’ll see a lot of concrete, reinforcing steel, equipment, and a whole lot of activity.
What you may not see is everything happening behind the scenes to make it all come together.
The conversations before the work starts.
The planning that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
The decisions made in real time.
The coordination between trades.
