This house started with a fully backed-up cast-iron drain system that was rusted, deteriorated, and nearly impossible to service because there was no proper access.

First, the Jacobs crew cut out the failing cast-iron fittings and created the access needed to attack the blockage. We brought in the hydro jetter and blasted through years of rust, sludge, grease, and buildup to get the system flowing again—but clearing the line was only the beginning.

The old plumbing had reached the end of its life, so we repiped the entire drainage system:

🔥 New laundry drain
🔥 New toilet connection and fl**ge
🔥 New vanity drain
🔥 New shower drain
🔥 New shower valve
🔥 New interior drain and waste piping
🔥 New main sewer running through the yard

This drain system was failing at the fittings, completely rusted out, and had no proper access for servicing. The Jacobs crew cut out the deteriorated cast-iron fittings, rebuilt the drain connection with new piping, and created the access needed to properly service the line.

Once everything was opened up and replumbed, we brought in the hydro jetter and blasted years of grease, sludge, rust, and buildup out of the drain—restoring strong flow through the entire line. 💦🔥

🚨💦 EMERGENCY LEAK — KYLE VS. THE WATER MAIN! 💦🚨

When water starts coming out of the ground where it DEFINITELY shouldn’t be… it’s time to move. 😈🔧

We got the emergency call for a bad underground water leak, and Kyle dispatched out ready to find it and get this customer taken care of.

Once we located the problem, there was no easy little patch-and-go on this one. Kyle dug the entire area up, exposed the failed piping, and rebuilt the whole riser from the ground up. 💪

Kyle got everything rebuilt, secured, connected, turned the water back on and pressure tested the repair to make damn sure everything was dry before covering anything back up.

🌙🚨 CRUSADERS OF THE NIGHT — COMMERCIAL DRAIN RESCUE 🚨🌙

When everybody else is clocking out, Josh & Kyle are clocking IN. 💪💦

We got an emergency call from a local liquor/grocery store with a commercial kitchen that was basically brought to a standstill. Every time they tried running the sinks, wastewater started backing up through the floor drains. 🤢💧

When your drains are backing up into a commercial kitchen, you don’t have time to wait until tomorrow. The kitchen was shut down, business was being affected, and they needed somebody who could get there and get them flowing NOW.

Luckily, we’ve serviced this property before. We already knew the battlefield. 😈

Josh & Kyle pulled up after hours, moved equipment and stored items out of the way, tracked down the cleanout we’ve serviced in the past, and got straight to work.

🐍 Mainline machine came off the truck.
💥 Approximately 50 feet into the line.
🚨 Hit the blockage.
💦 Worked it until the line finally POPPED AND RELEASED.
🌊 All that backed-up water dropped and started moving.
✅ Sinks running.
✅ Floor drains draining.
✅ Kitchen back in action.

We didn’t pack up the second the water disappeared either. We ran everything, tested the sinks, watched the floor drains, and made sure that system was moving and flowing properly before we called it.

There’s something different about these late-night commercial calls. Empty parking lots, businesses shut down, everyone waiting on the plumbers to get things moving again…

Then the line clears, the water disappears, and we’re loading the truck like we were never there. 🥷🌙
