A community that deserves all the recognition!

Northpoint on Jarvis Creek received a 2026 Gold Nugget Award of Merit, selected from more than 800 entries across North America as a finalist for Best On-the-Boards Affordable Housing Community. Our teams are on site now, building all 157 residences across 11.4 acres.

Hilton Head Island runs on people who have been priced out of living there. Housing built across four affordability levels gives the island's workforce a way to live near where they work, and gives local employers a workforce that isn't driving an hour each way to get there.

Celebrating this award alongside OneStreet Residential and the Town of Hilton Head Island is an honor!

Last week, our team had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for Project Core in Downtown Spartanburg. Project Core is a $600+ million dollar mixed-use redevelopment of downtown Spartanburg, South Carolina, led by The Johnson Group. Centered around the new Fifth Third Park baseball stadium, the master plan revitalizes the city's west end with a 152-room hotel, The Morgan, new office spaces, public green spaces, and over 300 apartment homes, the first phase being the 181 units our team is working to deliver at Magnolia Block.

Once complete, Project Core will create places for Spartanburg residents and visitors to gather, connect, and celebrate, while simultaneously creating places companies and residents want to call home. We are honored to be working alongside the team at JDA in bringing a piece of this vision to life.

Last week, we celebrated another successful Safe + Sound Week with safety stand-downs across all of our active project sites.

Teams focused on key topics including fall protection, ladder safety, and housekeeping - reinforcing safe work practices, increasing hazard awareness, and strengthening our safety culture. As part of the week, each project recognized Safety Champions who consistently lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to working safely every day.

We also celebrated an outstanding accomplishment at our Declan Huntersville Project, where Blythe Construction achieved a perfect subcontractor safety score for 13 consecutive weeks! To recognize this impressive milestone, each Blythe crew member received a Chick-fil-A gift card.

Thank you to all of our employees and trade partners who participated throughout the week and continue to make safety a priority every day. A strong safety culture takes all of us, and it starts with the choices we make every day.

2222 Main View has reached its 4th and final story! But it's just the beginning of the story of everything this community has to offer.

With more to come including two rooftop terraces, a clubhouse with a full line up of amenities, and one of our favorite features - a rooftop dog park and pet spa for the four legged residents. We're excited for this next phase of construction and to continue bringing the vision to life for our friends at Commonwealth Properties.

Our team successfully delivered 315 units set against the banks of Busbee Mountain, featuring 4-story conditioned corridor buildings and a line up of amenities built for built for accessibility and long-term livability.
