BIG NEWS FOR SOUTHEAST TEXAS! 🚰🔧

Capital Plumbing is honored to receive the Apprenticeship Champion Award from Collegiate Edu-Nation (CEN) at the 2026 Rural Empowerment Conference.

This award recognizes our work in pioneering the first Registered Plumbing Apprenticeship Program with CEN to expand life-changing workforce opportunities in rural communities.

For years, I’ve believed that one of the greatest needs in America is reconnecting young people with meaningful career opportunities. Not every successful student needs a four-year degree. Skilled trades offer real careers, real income, and real opportunities to build a future.

This award is not the finish line—it’s the starting point.

We are actively working toward creating new pathways for students and young adults to gain hands-on experience, industry training, mentorship, and career opportunities right here in Southeast Texas.

The workforce challenges facing our communities won’t be solved by talking about them. They’ll be solved by building programs, creating opportunities, and investing in people.
