Griffin Painting is looking to add experienced painters to our growing team in South Baldwin County!

We are NOT looking for beginners — we need guys who already know what they're doing and can show up and produce quality work from day one.

Requirements:
✔ Verifiable past employment in painting
✔ Experience with interior/exterior — cut, roll, and spray
✔ Know your prep — sanding, caulking, masking, etc.
✔ Valid Alabama driver's license
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Must not be afraid of ladders
✔ Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (occasional Saturdays as needed)
✔ Punctual, dependable, and a team player
✔ Clean and neat appearance
✔ Must pass a background check and drug test

What we offer:
💵 $20–$25/hr based on skills and experience
📅 Consistent work with overtime available
📍 Work Throughout South Baldwin County
🧾 All employees are W2

Bringing outdoor spaces together takes craftsmanship and the right finishing approach. This recent project in Orange Beach included the upper deck, stairwell, railings, and the side and back fencing …all finished with a solid + semi-solid stain combination from suited for our coastal area.

The crisp white rails and warm-toned surfaces elevate the space visually, while the finish provides dependable protection against the elements.
