An unexpected project niche I have been working on a lot recently: outdoor kitchen layouts.
Outdoor kitchen equipment has very specific cut-out dimensions that need to be planned for before the equipment is installed. So I provide highly detailed framing plans, countertop plans, sections & elevations to help the builders to have the the outdoor kitchen ready to insert the equipment upon delivery.

I showed pictures of this house already, but I wanted to share the evolution of the project.
My client wanted a replica of his family home that was located in a remote rural area within the comfort and convenience of the city AND modern interior features!
Pictured here is the inspiration house, the 3d model I created to produce construction documents, & a photo of the completed new house!
Of course design elements get modified all throughout the process of design AND construction, but I do think we paid a great homage to that beloved historic home.
