Removed all lath and plaster, Insulated with R15 with a plastic v***r barrier, Removed wall between dining room and living room to open it up. Drywall ceiling and walls. Replaced stair treads and risers and put ship lap on the wall by the stairs and below the stairs. New spindles and used the old railing and newel post. Sanded the floor and revarnished it.
