🪄A little magic, a lot of great conversations. 🧙

A few weeks ago, ACS had the pleasure of attending IREM OC’s SCREC 2026 Trade Show, themed “Magic: Behind the Scenes.” We had a great time leaning into the theme with a magic castle-inspired booth and even brought in a slight-of-hand illusionist to add a little extra surprise for visitors.

Thank you to IREM Orange County for hosting such a fun and well-executed event. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to connect with property management professionals, industry partners, longtime friends, and new faces.

Events like this are a great reminder that the best part of our industry is the people behind the scenes who keep properties running, relationships growing, and projects moving forward.

ACS is proud to be a drink sponsor for IREM LA’s Dodger Night as the Angels take on the Dodgers. The event is Friday, June 5th and kicks off at 5:00 PM at the Right Lodge Terrace, with first pitch at 7:10 PM.

This weekend, we’re proud to celebrate another incredible milestone — Victor Vazquez 30-year anniversary with Air Control Systems.

Over the years, Victor has become an important part of our Construction Department and a respected Foreman whose leadership and work ethic continue to make a lasting impact. His dedication to the company has been evident throughout his entire career, consistently showing up each day ready to give 100% from the beginning to the end of every shift.

Victor is known for always stepping up whenever needed, whether that means working extra hours, weekends, or taking on additional responsibilities to help get the job done. He takes pride in keeping his crews focused, productive, and motivated to deliver on every project. He understands the importance of teamwork and always pushes himself and those around him to perform at their best to meet the needs of the job.

During his 30-year career with ACS, Victor has successfully contributed to hundreds of projects and played an important role in the continued growth and success of our company. His diligence and efforts have helped build ACS into what it is today.

Congratulations, Victor, on this outstanding achievement and thank you for the many years of meaningful contributions to ACS. Cheers to 30 years!
