A thoughtful approach to his work and a great sense of humor along the way—John knows how to bring both! That balance is just one of the many reasons we appreciate having him on our team.

Customers count on John to listen closely, think ahead, and help them make informed decisions. His attention to detail, willingness to share his knowledge, and commitment to doing things right have made a lasting impact on our Mechanical Retrofit and Service/Maintenance teams. Just as importantly, his genuine personality and ability to connect with others have helped build strong relationships with customers and teammates alike.

Beyond his technical work, Corey is always willing to lend a hand and share his knowledge. When a new technician joined the team, he stepped up as a mentor, offering guidance and support to help them succeed.

Known for his positive attitude and great sense of humor, Corey brings an energy to the team that makes working alongside him enjoyable. He knows how to keep things light while also recognizing when it's time to focus and lead by example.

Today, we’re celebrating our entire Human Resources team and the important role they play in supporting the people who make ACS what it is.

So much of what HR does happens behind the scenes — supporting our employees, strengthening our workplace culture, helping our teams navigate change, and keeping the programs, policies, and people initiatives that support our growing organization moving forward.

We’re grateful for every member of our HR team and all they do for Team ACS!

We also want to give a special shoutout to the two newest members of our team: Elizabeth Campbell, Director of Human Resources, and Brad Battenberg, HR Generalist. Both have joined ACS this year and have already made a meaningful impact through their support, dedication, and commitment to our people.

👏 Congratulations to Ruben Gonzalez on 15 years with ACS! 🎉

For 15 years, Ruben has been a loyal and dependable part of the ACS team. He began his time with the company installing ductwork, where he took on a lead role in the field—helping guide installations, support his teammates, and share his knowledge and experience with others. He later transitioned into piping, further expanding his field expertise and becoming an even more versatile resource within our Construction Department.

Throughout his career with ACS, Ruben has been someone others can turn to for guidance and support. He has helped teach and develop many teammates along the way and is personable, outgoing, a strong communicator, and someone who genuinely cares about the people he works with and the company he represents.
Ruben continues to give his all and can be counted on to bring experience, dedication, leadership, and a positive presence to the job.

A little friendly competition made for a great opportunity to connect at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Scavenger Hunt in Newport Beach!

Our team enjoyed getting out on the water, strengthening relationships, and spending time with professionals across the property management and commercial real estate community. Events like this are a great way to stay connected with the people and organizations we work alongside.

Thank you to IREM OC for putting together such a fun and well-organized event last week. We appreciated the opportunity to take part.
