Congratulations to Sika Corporation on the grand opening of their new facility in Fontana.
Fullmer Construction completed a 297,000 sf concrete tilt-up warehouse for Proficiency Capital, along with tenant improvements for Sika Corporation.
A key feature of the project was a 6,900 SF H3 Hazardous Class 3 flammable storage room, built to meet strict code requirements, including pallet racking, bulk storage, ventilation systems, in-rack sprinklers, and a DENIOS spill containment system.
