Phase 2- Pad and Footers

After demolition we boxed out and installed our stone pad. This pad allows us to establish our floor height and give us a firm level base to work off of.

Once our pad was in place it was time to dig and pour for our footers. These footers give the builder a solid foundation to anchor the lumber too.

Phase 1- Demolition

Follow along as we are doing all the site work on this beautiful 40x40 pole barn style garage in Webster.

Stone pads are what we do!!

These great clients needed a level stone pad for a greenhouse arriving in a couple weeks. With the slope of the existing grade we had to bring in fill in lifts for proper compaction and then went over that with crushed stone for a level and compact base to support the wieght of the future structure.

This customers sewer pipe collapsed likely from foundation backfill settling over time. The access to this job required us to dig down 5 feet by hand to expose and repair the old line.

Put the finish grade on this beautiful new build.

While difficult to see from the photos the rough grade around this building was significantly lower than where it should be. After hauling in 8 ten wheeler loads of material we were able to bring the grades to a more manageable pitch away from the structure.

Ended the week with this beautiful 9x15 concrete pad.

This pad was a mirror image to the existing concrete to allow for more usable space inside the fence. With a properly installed stone base and control joints throughout the pour this slab is sure to last a long time!

Another topsoil job in the books!

After this homeowner had her sewer line replaced she was left with a mess of rocks and un even dirt to clean up. Once we came in and graded everything out and spread topsoil they were left with a lawn that is smoother than the original!
