G&R Construction & Property Management is currently working in the Cooperstown area, and we have a few additional openings available for fall and winter projects!

We’re booking:

• Interior remodeling
• Drywall, spackling and painting
• Window and door replacements
• Carpentry and structural repairs
• Porches, decks and exterior repairs
• Concrete installation and repairs
• Property maintenance and improvement projects

With the proper cold-weather equipment—including concrete blankets, enclosed work areas and commercial tow-behind heaters—we’re equipped to continue working throughout the colder months.
