🎉 Celebrating a Milestone in Neenah!

On August 6, we were proud to join CopperStone Assisted Living & Memory Care for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of their new 75-unit facility on Clayton Avenue in Neenah.

This beautiful new community represents an important investment in the Fox Valley and will provide high-quality assisted living and memory care services for area residents and their families.

RODAC is honored to have been involved in bringing this building to life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside CopperStone and the many partners who helped make this project a reality.

Congratulations to the entire CopperStone team on this exciting milestone! We look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come and seeing the positive impact this community will have on Neenah and the greater Fox Valley.

🌟 Project Spotlight: KI First Floor Renovation 🌟

We're proud to showcase the completed First Floor Renovation for KRUEGER INTERNATIONAL FURNITURE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (KI)!

This 29,000-square-foot renovation, completed in April 2025 and designed by Somerville, transformed the existing space into a refreshed, modern workplace that balances functionality with thoughtful design.

Project highlights include:

🌿 A custom living moss wall that creates a striking natural focal point

✨ A completely renovated stairwell featuring the sleek Maxxit Railing System

🏢 Modernized spaces designed to enhance the employee experience and support the way KI works

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Austin! 🌟

RODAC is proud to recognize Austin Flood in this Employee Spotlight.

Austin brings a strong background in general construction, including three years of civil work and additional experience specializing in concrete. A graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, he has developed a strong understanding of site development, structural work, and project ex*****on through his hands-on experience in the field. His reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make him a valued member of the RODAC team who takes pride in delivering quality work and supporting successful projects.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys bowling, snowboarding, hunting, and attending concerts. When it's game day, you'll find him cheering on his favorite team... the Texas Longhorns! 🤘🏈

🚧 Groundbreaking! 🚧

We’re excited to share that we officially broke ground this morning on the Reserve Crossing multifamily development in the Village of Fox Crossing, WI!

This project includes six garden-style twelveplex buildings and marks an exciting step forward in expanding quality housing in the community.

We’re proud to be partnering with owners Anthony and Kim Walsh, along with the team at McMahon Associates, to bring this vision to life.

Looking forward to the progress ahead and delivering a great project for the Village of Fox Crossing!
