🌟 Project Spotlight: CopperStone Assisted Living & Memory Care 🌟

We’re highlighting the recently completed CopperStone Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Neenah!

Located on Clayton Avenue, this new 75-unit community was thoughtfully built to support both assisted living and memory care residents, creating a comfortable and welcoming place for residents to call home.

From the individual living spaces to the shared areas throughout the community, each part of the project came together with the needs of residents, families, and staff in mind.

We’re grateful to CopperStone for the opportunity to be part of this project and to the many trade partners whose work helped bring it all together.

🧡 This week is Construction Su***de Prevention Week, and this year’s theme, Building on Progress, is a reminder that the work of creating a safer construction industry includes more than what happens physically on the jobsite.

The statistics are difficult to ignore: deaths by su***de in the construction industry are nearly five times the number of all other jobsite fatalities combined.

We spend a lot of time in this industry talking about safety. Mental health needs to be part of that conversation, too.

Building on progress means continuing to break down the stigma around mental health, checking in on the people we work alongside, and creating a culture where asking for help is a sign of strength.

At RODAC, we believe taking care of our people goes beyond the jobsite.

25 years later, September 11 remains a day we will never forget.

We remember the lives that were lost, the courage shown in the face of unimaginable circumstances, and the way Americans came together to help one another in the days that followed.

Today, we pause to remember, reflect, and honor all those whose lives were forever changed by September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

🌟 Building More Than Spaces 🌟
RODAC is excited to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin on their new Mentoring Center in downtown Green Bay!
Currently under construction, this new space will create even more opportunities for local youth to connect, learn, and build meaningful relationships through the incredible work Big Brothers Big Sisters is doing in our community.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this project and support an organization making such a positive impact on local kids and families.

🎉 Celebrating a Milestone in Neenah!

On August 6, we were proud to join CopperStone Assisted Living & Memory Care for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of their new 75-unit facility on Clayton Avenue in Neenah.

This beautiful new community represents an important investment in the Fox Valley and will provide high-quality assisted living and memory care services for area residents and their families.

RODAC is honored to have been involved in bringing this building to life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside CopperStone and the many partners who helped make this project a reality.

Congratulations to the entire CopperStone team on this exciting milestone! We look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come and seeing the positive impact this community will have on Neenah and the greater Fox Valley.

🚧 Groundbreaking! 🚧

We’re excited to share that we officially broke ground this morning on the Reserve Crossing multifamily development in the Village of Fox Crossing, WI!

This project includes six garden-style twelveplex buildings and marks an exciting step forward in expanding quality housing in the community.

We’re proud to be partnering with owners Anthony and Kim Walsh, along with the team at McMahon Associates, to bring this vision to life.

Looking forward to the progress ahead and delivering a great project for the Village of Fox Crossing!
