Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Compensation:
$15.00 and hour. If have expierence with Laminate countertops pay could be higher.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Laminate Countertop Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using saws, reading tape measures, and accurately measuring countertops. Attention to detail, strong common sense, and excellent organizational skills are a must. This role involves not only fabricating countertops but also maintaining accurate inventory of in-stock tops and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabrication:
o Accurately measure and cut materials to fabricate laminate countertops based on customer specifications.
o Operate and maintain saws and other hand/power tools needed in the fabrication process.
• Quality & Precision:
o Read and interpret measurements from tape measures and blueprints to ensure each countertop meets desired specifications.
o Use visual and physical inspection techniques to confirm quality before finishing.
• Inventory Management:
o Keep accurate records and perform regular inventory checks on in-stock countertop materials.
o Report shortages and initiate reordering of supplies as needed.
• Workplace Discipline & Safety:
o Arrive on time every day and maintain a high level of organization in your work area.
o Operate in a drug-free environment and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with team members to ensure efficient production.
o Actively contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in laminate countertop fabrication or a similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating saws and use of tape measures for accurate measuring.
• Strong practical understanding and good common sense in problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of inventory.
• Punctuality and a commitment to showing up for work every day.
• Strong adherence to safety and drug-free policies.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new techniques and best practices with on-the-job training.

Windows!!!! We were finally able to find a great deal on new construction, white, clear with no grids, LOW-E windows at amazing deal. These are all A-Grade brand new windows with screens. We only have 3 sizes to choose from. There are no returns or exchanges on windows so please make sure of sizes before purchasing.
