This kitchen got an upgrade!

We updated this kitchen by replacing the outdated track light with 6 new disc lights, giving the customer much better brighter and cleaner look. We replaced 3 sink lights that weren’t providing any light for the customer with 3” RAB puck lights.

We also fishing in a new dedicated circuit for a built it oven the customer added and we installed the oven, and replaced a ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling of the living room.

We installed a 24kW Generac Power Systems standby generator with a 200A automatic transfer switch for a customer in a rural area where power outages are a frequent concern.

Since these homeowners spend the winter out of state, this system gives them peace of mind knowing their home can stay powered even when they’re away. The generator automatically starts when the power goes out, and turns off when utility power is restored. They can monitor the system status right from their phone.

We recently upgraded this home’s electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps, giving the homeowner a safer, more reliable electrical service.

This upgrade includes:
- New 200A electrical service
- Outdoor emergency disconnect
- 8 space exterior panel
- Whole home surge protection
- Proper grounding and bonding
- Coordinated with the utility company to convert the service from overhead to underground for a much safer system.

The homeowner is also planning a future home addition, so this new service provides plenty of available circuit space and electrical capacity to support the expansion.

Not every electrical job starts with a remodel or new construction project.

I received an emergency call after water from a leaking dishwasher made its way into the home’s electrical panel, causing extensive damage and creating a serious safety hazard.

I was able to get everything safely shut down, assess the damage, and make the situation safe that same day. After some long hours, the new panel was installed and power was fully restored.

Water and electricity don’t mix. If you ever notice water near electrical equipment, flickering lights, burning smells, or signs of electrical damage, don’t ignore it.

I’m thankful I could help get this homeowner back up and running safely.
