Before concrete is ever poured, we verify everything beneath it—rebar, plumbing, electrical, and ground connections. No guesswork. No shortcuts.
🔎 Phase 2: Pre-Drywall Inspection
Before the walls are sealed, we inspect framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in detail. You get a full report. We fix anything that isn’t right—no exceptions.
🔎 Phase 3: Final Inspection
After our walkthrough and touch-ups, we run one last top-to-bottom inspection—just like the home is about to hit the market. Every outlet, breaker, and system is tested to meet code and our standards.
