That’s why at RCI, we only install LiftMaster jackshaft motors. Not only are they quieter, but their side-mounted design frees up valuable ceiling space by eliminating the bulky overhead motor and extra track found in conventional systems.

The result? A cleaner-looking garage, more headroom, and even the option to add a ceiling fan where the traditional opener would normally be. On those hot, humid East Texas days, that extra airflow can help dry out a wet garage and keep things more comfortable.

🔎 Phase 2: Pre-Drywall Inspection
Before the walls are sealed, we inspect framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in detail. You get a full report. We fix anything that isn’t right—no exceptions.

🔎 Phase 3: Final Inspection
After our walkthrough and touch-ups, we run one last top-to-bottom inspection—just like the home is about to hit the market. Every outlet, breaker, and system is tested to meet code and our standards.
