Vincent and Gracie Villarreal’s kitchen rehab is coming along very nicely. The before and after pics of this demo show how just eliminating these two columns really open up her kitchen space to her living area giving her the open floor plan feel that she always wanted. We are now in the process of relocating plumbing and electrical to the new 4x8 island. We are also please to say that the Villarreal’s will be cooking and enjoying their brand new kitchen in just under a month for total completion. Having to deal with the aftermath of COVID putting the building industry in jeopardy with businesses having long waiting times on materials, we are happy to still finish this project and other projects in the past in great timing. We are beyond excited to see the finished product of Gracie’s vision for her lovely kitchen and it’s our greatest pleasure to be part of it.

Granite shopping with my client. So much fun looking at all these beautiful slabs and visualizing what the kitchen counters can look like installed. This is one of my favorite phases in home building and kitchen rehabs, is finding your granite countertops. They also have silestone, quartz and marble but granite being the better price point and it’s very beautiful so you can’t lose with that selection. Kudos to Gracie and Vincent Villarreal for choosing us to rehab their kitchen. It’s always been our pleasure to bring home projects to life and give clients a wonderful experience while the project is being executed.
