Advantage Fencing recently completed a beautiful fence installation near 117th St & Schram Rd in Papillion, NE, in the growing Belterra community.

This project featured 246 linear feet of 6-foot vinyl solid privacy fencing, designed to create a secluded backyard retreat while enhancing the home's clean, modern look. The homeowner wanted a solution that provided year-round privacy, improved outdoor living space, and maintained great curb appeal, and this fence delivered on all fronts.

To maximize convenience and functionality, we incorporated multiple access gates throughout the property. Because the yard included gradual slopes along both sides, our team carefully adjusted the installation to ensure a consistent appearance, secure coverage, and a polished finished look across changing elevations.

Built to withstand Nebraska’s seasonal weather, this low-maintenance vinyl privacy fence offers lasting durability, dependable boundary definition, and enhanced everyday usability for years to come.

Runoff causing fence post deterioration? We have the solution!

Advantage Fencing recently completed a new fence installation in Omaha, Nebraska, just off the N 156 St and Fort St intersection in the Castle Creek neighborhood. The homeowner needed to replace a worn fence that had deteriorated over time, especially where runoff from the sloping property behind them collected along the posts. To create a long‑lasting solution, Advantage Fencing installed a 4‑foot picket overscalloped cedar fence with steel posts, giving the yard a classic, open look while adding strength where moisture had previously caused issues. The overscalloped profile adds a subtle decorative touch that fits well with the surrounding homes and enhances curb appeal.

This Omaha fence installation covered 259 linear feet and included three walk gates for everyday access. After removing the old structure, the crew set each section to match the yard’s gentle grade changes, ensuring a smooth, consistent line across the property. With the new cedar fence installed, the homeowner now has a durable boundary designed to handle Nebraska’s weather and the unique drainage challenges of the Castle Creek area. Advantage Fencing installed a fence that improves both function and appearance.
