A fundraiser celebrating the creativity and community spirit that continue to shape downtown Omaha’s most iconic district. A special thank you to Carlson West Povondra for inviting us to be part of such a unique evening. Our CEO, Greg, and his wife, Sherri, had a great time taking in the local art and design that make the Old Market such a meaningful piece of our city's history.

Another Round For Good ⛳️

Yesterday, Team Lueder was proud to spend the day on the course for the Goodwill Golf Classic, supporting an organization that continues to make a meaningful impact across our community! A big thank you to Nina with Outlook Enrichment and Matt with Lamp Rynearson for joining Josh and Greg on Team Lueder. We’re always grateful for good company, a good cause, and a little friendly competition on the greens.

Our very own Josh Rehn gives an inside look at the work being wrapped up at The SAL Omaha North Corps Community Center! Phase II of this addition/renovation is almost complete, with our team adding the final touches to the multi-purpose gym, classrooms, exterior finishes, and bathrooms. Here's to the home stretch and delivering a truly unique transformation for the North Omaha community.

Local News & All The Views 📺

Crews were on site as donors, partners, and community leaders gathered to celebrate the ribbon cutting for the newest attractions at River’s Edge Park in Council Bluffs! This milestone marks the final stretch of our work, bringing people closer to the river, the skyline, and a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience.

Opening this summer, River’s Edge will give visitors a new place to climb, explore, slow down, and take in some of the best views along the riverfront. Thank you to KMTV 3 News, 6 News WOWT, and KETV NewsWatch 7 for covering this exciting moment and helping share what’s ahead.

We’re proud to help bring this vision to life, and we can’t wait for the Council Bluffs community to experience it this summer 🌊☀️🧗

The Quest Is... Completed 🔎

Our final stops on this journey were at Goodwill's West Dodge location, where we collected our fourth sticker. Special guest Lisa from our BD team joined us and stocked our office with a new tote bag. Then, lastly, today we finished our run by visiting the South Omaha location to collect our fifth and final sticker.

Beyond the collection, this Quest was a great reminder of what Goodwill makes possible across our community: giving donated goods a second life, keeping usable items out of landfills, and creating workforce opportunities that build brighter futures. What a fun way to get out and explore the place we call home... We'll see you next year!

New Construction: River’s Edge South 📸

A New View. Next up, the second half of River's Edge Park, where The Charles E. Lakin Foundation Pier will also be opening very soon! Just in time for a summer full of quiet walks and family stops, this attraction brings a fresh perspective of the city from the Council Bluffs side of the river. From shaded seating and warm wood decking to skyline views, this space was built for the moments that make a riverfront feel alive. Enjoy an up close view stretching just beyond the water 🌊⬆️👀

These meetings matter because they create space for honest updates, shared direction, and a clear look at where we’re headed as one unified group.
