Project Spotlight ✅ 🏢 : Northstar Financial Building(s) 1 & 2

Located in Legacy Business Park in West Omaha, the Northstar Financial Buildings were completed in two phases—Phase I in 2012 and Phase II in 2016. Together, the two build-to-suit office buildings total approximately 100,000 square feet and provide workspace for approximately 250 employees.

The campus includes an on-site fitness facility, a garden-level courtyard area, an on-site food hall/cafeteria, large and small-scale conference rooms, and a dedicated training center. The company now operates as Orion Advisor Solutions.

The Heritage at Sterling RidgeYears ago, Lockwood Construction partnered with Heritage Communities to build the first assisted living facility in their portfolio.

The 133,000-square-foot project was among the first buildings to rise in the Sterling Ridge Development at 132nd & Pacific Street.Designed with care and community in mind, the building features apartment-style living with multiple dining halls, outdoor trails & sitting areas, a hair salon, and entertainment gathering spaces.

Since its completion, The Heritage at Sterling Ridge has maintained 100% occupancy and has since expanded toinclude an additional wing, adding more memory care and live-in units.
