When you call Getzschman with a heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical problem, there’s a good chance you’ll talk to Fred, our amazing Service Supervisor!
Fred is one of those people who is constantly working behind the scenes to make sure our customers get the help they need. Whether it’s a tricky service challenge, an unexpected problem, or figuring out how to keep the day’s schedule moving, Fred is on it! 💪
He’s the problem solver our team can count on—and an integral part of keeping everything running smoothly, from that first phone call to getting the right technician where they need to be.
Customers may know Fred from those service calls, but what they may not realize is just how much he does behind the scenes every single day. He’s answering questions, troubleshooting challenges, supporting our technicians, helping coordinate the schedule, and doing whatever it takes to take care of our customers and our team.
