Finished my side of the work today on Charles rental. The tenants are beside themselves and extremely happy.
So on this list was: full gut (minus drywall), complete plumbing (going from single basin to double, installation of stops, full brass drains and fixture installation), full subfloor replacement, mold remediation (certified company), drywall repair, vanity installation, full trim job, mirror installation, light fixture replacement, waterproof underlayment, tile/grout and shower seal/reattachment. Plus other things I forgot to mention. They are extremely happy so that makes me happy.

Problem areas all sealed up. Tile all sealed and grouted. Washed two times with clean water and a sponge 👍🏻.Got the dryw...

Got the drywall and vanity hopefully being done tomorrow.
I’ll keep ya posted on my progress.
