We’ve been busy to say the least…🔨🔨🚽🏠

With multiple new construction and remodel projects underway, we haven’t had much time for updates. That said, here’s a sneak peak of one our custom home builds. This beauty is getting its final touches installed this week and exterior will get wrapped up as soon as Mother Nature allows.

Can’t wait to see this build become a HOME ❤️

25 years later, we will never forget 🙏

Today we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and stand with the families who carry that loss every day. May God continue to bless the fallen, the grieving, and the USA.

Anyone can post the finished photos.

We’re proud to show you everything that happened before them.

The straight lines no one notices.
The hours spent protecting your home.
The Framing that’s hidden behind the Drywall.
The details that will never make it into the final pictures.

Because that’s where quality is built.

At Avid Homes we believe the process is the product. The beautiful kitchen, addition, or custom home you see at the end is simply the result of hundreds of small decision decisions made the right way.

If your contractor only cares about the reveal, you’re missing the most important part.

We build homes that look incredible because they’re built correctly from day one. That’s the Avid Homes difference.

Our clients know this guy as hardworking, understanding, master problem solver, and a man of integrity.

But of all the roles he fills day-to-day, being Emma’s dad is the one he’s most proud of (and is SUPER good at)

Happy Father’s Day, Blaine 🧡 And to all the dads who lead with strength, patience, a little silliness, and love!

Warning: Increased curb appeal ahead. 🚐✨

Our newly wrapped van is officially on the road!

If you see this bad boy around town, give us a honk, wave, or better yet, drop a comment and tell us where you spotted it. 👀

We’ll be out there building, remodeling, and trying not to get distracted by how good our van looks, even on this rainy, cloudy day! 😆

Before the concrete comes the groundwork.

A tremendous amount of planning, excavation, grading, forming, and rebar goes into preparing footings and foundations. Our pool house and pool wall project is ready for the next step, with the foundation being built to support everything that follows.

Progress is happening, one step at a time.

Big progress happening on a couple of our new construction projects.

Our custom home is approaching completion of rough-ins, with exterior finishes set to begin soon. This is one of the most exciting phases of the build as the home starts transitioning from structure to finished product.

At the same time, the pool house and pool retention walls are continuing to take shape and add character to the overall project. A lot of coordination and detail goes into builds like these, and it’s great seeing everything come together step by step.

We’re excited to keep pushing these projects forward and can’t wait to share more!
