This home featured beautiful custom built-ins and judge’s paneling that held special meaning to the homeowners who originally built the house. Replacing everything wasn’t the answer—preserving what we could was.

Our team carefully detached materials, repaired and sanded the existing wood, and replaced only what was truly necessary. Even the custom stain took a few rounds to get just right. For the white oak veneer, we gave the homeowners the opportunity to select the exact section they wanted used.
The result? The original character of the home was preserved, the homeowners were thrilled, and unnecessary replacement costs were avoided for the insurance company.
